I recently purchased a Galaxy S10+ and I wanted to sell my Galaxy S6. So as I did with my previous (S4) phone, I hard reseted (Volume Up + Power + Home button) to re-format my Phone. I then restarted and the phone asked me for my Samsung Account email and password. I typed it and ..... it first shows "In progress..." then "Signing In..." and then ...... nothing. it stays there. If I type a wrong email or password it gives me back "Wrong ID or Password".
I logged into Samsung Account and I saw my two devices (S10+ and S6) and I signed off my S6 to check If I can log in again via the Android Setup procedure. Nothing..
Can you help me please?
