When I first purchased my Samsung A40 I was told that the cable connector that I would need to transfer photos to my computer was not supplied with the A40 model, however, I was given one by a helpful assistant in another shop so I was able to transfer my photos from my A40 to my iMac Apple computer. As I have mislaid that connector I am looking to purchase another one but the Samsung helpline did not know what it was and suggested I buy another cable with male USB on each end and use a USB connector to the phone (I think this was bad advice as I know that I have successfully transferred photos in the past with the adapter/connector that I have now lost).
Can anyone tell me where to get the connector that I need and what the model or order number is.
