Dark/Dim background (A52s)

Hi, my phone's background is kind of dim only in background. In gallery it looks so bright but gets dim when applied as wallpaper. 

Dark mode is off, so is power saving. Its been like that since quite a few updates.

When you change wallpaper, when you press and hold on the home screen. On the bottom it will say: Dim wallpaper when dark mode is on. If that is on, then the wallpaper will be dimmer. So make sure that's off
