Date visible on pictures taken from camera app?

Is there an option for the date to be added when taking pictures? I can't find it on my A13, but it was on my old samsung.

I know the date is available in the setting or info section but what I'm looking for is for the date to be visible on the actual picture when it's taken - like a watermark. That is what was available on my older samsung.

Usually dates are within the image file itself and being categorized by that in a photo app.

On an image in gallery, swipe up and you can view the details there, including date taken.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand importance of having a watermark of  the date and time on your images. Give these steps a try: Go to the camera app > tap the gear for settings > then scroll down to watermark. Do you see a date and time option under watermarks?
