Back in Feb I purchased a Samsung A13 5G phone from Metro by T-Mobile. Within a few days the phone stop sending and receiving text. At first I thought it was a fluke but after several weeks/months and constant calls and visits to Metro the phone couldn't be fixed so on this past Friday the phone was returned for another A13 model and three days later, Monday 13th the same thing was happening that sending and receiving text was not working AGAIN. How can this happen twice with the same model A13?? Are these defective? What am I missing?
I thought originally it was Metro but 3 of my neighbors are with Metro, they have Samsung phones, the only difference is they have A32 and A20 model and not the A13.
I am sorry that you are having issues with your phone, I highly recommend trying to install Google carrier services from the Google play store the application will sometimes fix carrier issues with text messages, also Google messages is setup for use on Samsung phones, please try Installing the apps and then reply back if you are still having problems ok please see the attached link for the applications https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.ims
