I would recommend clearing the cache for the Google Play Store app and then installing the app on your device. You can do so by following these steps.
Navigate to the settings on your phone by swiping down from the top opening the notification menu and then tapping on the gear icon
From settings, got to Apps> scroll to Google Play Store> Select Force Stop
Once the application is stopped, tap on the storage option and select Clear Cache
Restart your device and open the Google Play Store and download the Disney + App.
