My phone is about 3 weeks old,  Galaxy A32 5G, it has been flawless,  but in the last 24 hours every email that I try to click on is blocked by a service called Neustar. Does anyone know how to turn it off?

Have you installed any new apps or changed your DNS settings? Is this phone managed by your employer?

No new apps, haven't changed DNS settings, but I think they may have something to do with it. And it's my phone I'm retired.

Yea, Is this a personal phone or a work issued phone. Neustar is an analytics firm which you have to opt out of their cookies /and or ads that are generated for use of free services like E mail accounts or News source feeds.

Changed the DNS setting from "off" to "automatic", seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks for the comments, for those who don't know DNS settings are controlled within the WIFI settings. Thanks everyone.
