I have a Galaxy A6 and some time ago, after an update, my face recognition stopped working when I also have fingerprints turned on. I keep getting the message "if this keeps happening, restart your phone" but restarting doesn't help. When the device is in safe mode or fingerprints are turned off, the problem doesn't occur. How do I fix this?
