Hi I jave a j7 prime which started having problems during the lockdown and since repairs were not open yet at that time I just decided to get a new phone but jow 8 months has gone 9 finally had my phone repaired but its battery was drained and sadly when I turned it back on I have already forgotten the pattern to be able to use it again. Is there a way I can switcj it back on without factory resetting it? I have files needed there and erasing all of it is seriously my last option. I have tried the find my device but sadly this requires the phone to be on home screen whic unfortunately I can not reach since the restart requires me to enter the pattern.
