Galaxy 3 watch reactivation lock stuck after software update.
My watch keeps giving the message -
"reactivation lock is on" or
"couldnt unlock wach. Try Again?" or
"The account youre signed into insnt the one you used to lock you phone."
I can log into https://findmymobile.samsung.com and see the watch and log out of the device but I still cant connect the watch back to the phone. I bought the watch new and onluy used it on this phone.
It seems the update reset the phone and locked me out.
I tried Samsung support, 3x they put me pn hold for 40ish minutes and hung-up with no call back. Only suggestions I got was to take it to in to a 3rd party for repair. Support was clueless. I wont buy from this brand again, we had the same trouble wiht our appliance set and TV. I though Samsung was a good brand buy there have very low grade customer service.
