Every schedule I've read states that the rollout will begin in March of this year. Due to each cellular carrier being different, this is very much a "your mileage may vary" thing. Therefore, you should take a look at other major OS/UI upgrade release dates from the last couple of years vs. the dates that your carrier actually got around to upgrading its customers' devices. That will give you a clue as to whether you'll receive it soon after its release or... eventually.
