Galaxy S11 updated OS 11/27 and now can't answer phone or turn off calendar alarms! Regular clock alarm can be turned off OK. Used to tap green button on phone to answer but not available now. Calendar won't tap to stop alarm. Help!

The reboot, clear cache and repair apps didn't help my problem 🥺

Try rebooting into recovery mode, clearing the cache, and then running the repair apps option. Your phone will restart after. Test it out. LMK if this helps! GL!

I don't know how to reboot into recovery mode. Options are Power Off, Restart, and Emergency Mode. What you do now? Thanks!

Power off your device. Hold the volume up and power buttons simultaneously. Once the Samsung logo appears, release the power button but KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until your device is in recovery mode. Use the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select.

I was able to hold both buttons when starting up as you described but I ended up at a screen that was full of colored text and the word "reboot" highlighted in yellow. Didn't know what to do from there.
