Galaxy A12 says there is no SIM card

I per paid for At&T well I have been  having  problems with the  the phone I don't knowhow my phone Sim card is not working because  my phone say I don't have one and all the other accessories that it has won't let me do anything I got hold of support and they're on their checking my phone working on the phone and whatever they were doing but instead I work I don't work. I don't work don't like keeping Wi-Fi when I'm riding down the road cuz I said that is not connected I don't know what's going on with this thing, it's only three ways out somebody help somebody to do something cuz I don't know

I understand how frustrating this can be. Here are some steps that may help with getting the SIM card working. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01201768/ If the phone will still not read the SIM card, you will need to work with your service provider for additional troubleshooting assistance. I apologize for any inconvenience.
