Galaxy A 13 5G:  I cannot download pictures from my phone into my PC.  After I connect with a USB cable, on my PC screen appears a black screen which searches for pictures.  I find no key or button that says to start a download.  I have searched for Samsung manuals to address this issue but none mention downloading.  Chats just keep me waiting for hours (yes!).  Forget help via phone.  Can you help?

What is the operating system of your PC? Windows or MAC?

You should be able to view and download your images via Microsoft File Explorer or the Windows Photos app on your PC when connected.

Do you have Windows 10 or 11. Try the Link To Windows app.
