My Galaxy A20’s display won't turn on. When I hold the power button for a few seconds all I get is a vibrate and my biometrics doesn't work. The phone has been under normal use and only has a few scratches and cracks on the glass. I put it on the charger for an hour or 2 but still won't turn on. And the battery seems to be perfectly fine lasting at least 5 or 6 hours before needing to charge.
