Since the latest Verizon software Security update on 3/16/2020 i have has trouble with connecting my earbuds. Can only get one to connect and return sound. have tried uninstalling bothe the Galaxy earbud app and the Galaxy wear app's and reinstalling and still nothing, my buds are lees than a year old, i clean then oftem, in fact i originally thought that was my problem so i cleaned them. Need help.
though you may have already, check for a update to the galaxy buds via the Galaxy Wear app.
If you are unable to reach a conclusion i strongly reccomend calling 1 (800) SAMSUNG for a warranty claim
