My old Samsung J5 doesn't start. Every attempt to restore to factory settings or flash complete original firmware and setup stops because the phone is blocked by FRP lock. Although I have replaced my old phone by a A8 last year, I want to keep the old phone as travelling phone with usage of Maps to remote places as a backup.
How do I get the "blocked by FRP lock" issue resolved? Have tried several tools under windows 10 (Odin, Frp Hijacker by Hagard) but no tool has been able to fix this.
In order to clarify hereby some screenpics.
Can you please contact 1800 Samsung see If you can mail the phone in they have to do re flash for it using a Samsung tool, after they add the Samsung software on the phone might work but going to be lock for the Gmail, if you know your Gmail you will be good, if it not you will need a proof of purchase for them to do FRP unlock, if the phone have any other issue they will let you know
