@SamsungQue I don't know how to go into safe mode, but I never know it's happening when it is. The only thing I witness in real time is when my texts take a long time to go through, or won't send.
Also why can't I reply to any messages except my original?
Virgin mobile is finally offering to replace my phone since it's still under the mfg warranty and nothing has worked. They're out of the Refine so they would replace it with the Galaxy A20, does anyone know anything about that model? I'd love a new phone to stop this madness, but I'm afraid the A20 might have it's own issues since I know nothing about it.
UPDATE - Nothing worked to fix the texting issue, including trying a brand new SIM card. Virgin Mobile replaced the phone instead since it was still under mfg warranty, but since the J7 Refine was out of stock (thank gawd), they sent me a Galaxy A20. Just got that yesterday so hopefully I won't have to deal with this anymore! I'm still weary but hopeful. Thanks everyone who tried to help
