As it does show any scratch or dent they are claiming that it is due to the impact of the phone being put in the pocket, the other argument is that it is 1 year 1-month-old phone which does not come under warranty period and issue such that should be taken care by customers. Have you tried rebooting into recovery mode, clearing the cache, and then running the repair apps option? Your phone will restart after. Test it out. LMK if this helps! GL!
