My right galaxy bud wont connect to my phone and it has been in the charging case all day and before I put it in the case, it was working perfectly fine. I need a replacement or some help with the matter. These things are less than a month old
Check to see if the charging pins in the case do really charge the right earbud. So the pins or the earbuds contacts where pins touch, could have some dirt or could be misaligned which could prevent charging...
If the above is found to be good, then connect your earbud(s) to your phone and though Galaxy Wearable app, then from "about" menu - reset them.
