My j7 sky pro will open apps that require wifi, but it won't fully load them. On google play, when i attempt to download an app, it stays stuck on downloading. I can open my netflix and login, but it won't load my shows and movies. This has never happened before. I believe it may have been caused by using the clean master app to clear my google play cache. I have a strong connection on wifi, but when I try to open apps that require wifi, the arrows underneath the bar switch from left to right. I have tried the solution of changing time, closing all apps on the home screen, and switching it back, but to no avail. Is there something else I can do to solve the problem?

I would recommend wiping the cache partition of your device.

Here are the steps:

1.    Turn off the device.
2.    Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
3.    When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4.    An ‘Installing system update’ message will show for 30 – 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5.    Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6.    Press the Power key to select.
7.    Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8.    When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9.    Press the Power key to restart the device.

I don't have a Bixby key. Just the power and volume buttons. Should I try with those 3 instead?

Volume Up key and Power button/Home in the absence of a Bixby key!

Keep me posted, if the symptoms persist.

Hope this message finds you well!
