Solved: Gallery Video sound missing - Samsung Community

when I try to play a video right from the gallery there is no sound. When I send them to someone the sound works fine. Should I be able to hear them when I play them directly from the gallery. Using a Galaxy A10E

When your playing a video in the Gallery they are muted until you click the little speaker crossed out in the bottom right corner

So is there a way to permanently unmute all the videos?

Not that i know of you would have to unmute it when it starts playing
