Re: Horrible Update 10 ui2

Thank you for reaching out. Samsung doesn't have any authorized way to revert the software to the previous version.

Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smart watch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Use this guide to help keep your devices at their normal operating temperature.

Ok, about warming i will check, but how about all freezes and lags after updste to new version? It's so uncomfortable to use phone now, because it's freezes every 5-10 seconds. Even now. I already  clear all chache, remove a lot of unneeded files and apps, did restarts and optimization and nothing's changed.

Re: Horrible Update 10 ui2

There are a couple things I recommend trying after a software update.

1. Wiping the cache partition on your device

2. Factory resetting your device if you are still continuing to experience these symptoms after wiping the cache partition.  Important: Please save any information you need prior to the factory reset because otherwise your personal information may not be recovered. If you have encrypted the microSD card, you must decrypt it before resetting the phone. Otherwise, your phone will not be able to read the data on the card. From Settings, search for and select Decrypt SD card, and then follow the on-screen prompts. Before you perform a factory reset, be sure to back up your personal data, so you don't lose it all.
