Here are some troubleshooting steps to help get that working for you again: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001245/ If you are having any other network issues, such as mobile data, text, and calls, you will need to follow up with your service provider for additional assistance. If you are still unable to connect after all troubleshooting has been completed, it would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician.
