did you buy your phone from TMO or Samsung? if Samsung, and you're still on Android 12, the UC won't appear. the UC now appears for unlocked devices that are on 13.

It was working before and still works on the other phone but stopped working here what could it be?

From metro and I took it ubreakifix and they say everything is fine with the hardware nobody can't give me an explanation I even put the previous software before the update and still the same
