I have an A10e on Verizon, and notice it slowing down and complaining of low storage and also apps and games randomly crash.

I have cleaned out every app cache I can see that might see free space go up to 1.2 Gb.

I have tried to reboot into the bootloader and clear system cache which didn't free up much...

All the Apps I can move to the SD card are moved over. I almost wonder if it's somehow shadowing the SD card or something screwy... no secure folder, camera saves to the SD card...

I include a screenshot taken from settings > device care > storage > advanced.. edit: I'm aware it doesn't correctly show the issue, I added a comment below with that info

Suggestions please..

Ok solved this: yes I ended up factory resetting the phone... seems to have fixed it..

Settings > accounts and backup > smart switch > backup phone to SD card (will need to be signed into your Samsung account)

Backup to Google too (never too many backups)

General Management > reset > factory reset

Let it reboot and your phone will be like new

Sign back into your Google account

Let it finish set up and then go into smart switch and restore from SD card

Plug in the phone and go have a coffee...

It should restore all apps, settings and homescreen layouts and wallpapers...

On glitch you will need to probably sign back in to your apps

Ok, add the space taken up by system apps, games and other apps... now is that anything like 31Gb of used space, I get 24.2GB..

A10e has very little memory for system..
Settings, device care, battery medium, and put almost everything in sleeping apps. Remove as needed.. too many apps have boot permission.

Memory to run apps is in device care. But at more than 75% internal storage, slow as heck. You've got to go into apps and delete cache each app. Google, chrome. You've got to manage storage
