How do I use both Bluetooth speakers at once on my Samsung A52 phone because it's not letting me do it I get into the settings but ont letting me.

You should be able to connect to multiple Bluetooth devices at once but audio output only goes to one device at a time. It is an Android limitation not Samsung issue. Hopefully Android 14 addresses it but will not hold my breath.
