Other Mobile DevicesFor your connectivity issues with your Bluetooth, try resetting your network settings on the device. Just a heads up, doing this will clear all previous devices that have been paired to the device. You will need to add them back.
- Navigate to your Settings.
- Secondly, go to General management.
- After that select Reset and Reset Network Settings.
- At the end choose Reset Settings and Reset.
Regarding your visual voicemail, service issues, and Wi-Fi calling issues, I recommend reaching out to your carrier due to those features are carrier-specific features.

Other Mobile DevicesHow to Wipe Cache in SAMSUNG Galaxy A71?
Firstly, hold down the Power key for a short while and from the menu tap restart twice.
When the screen goes dark push Volume Up + Power button until the SAMSUNG Galaxy logo shows up.
Now let go of all buttons and from the following menu select wipe cache partition. Use Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to confirm that.
When the process is done choose reboot system now by using the Power key.
Great!
