I was promised something by Verizon and I am positive they w lied to me and misrepresented them senver they went into my Samsung a51 and deleted screenshots of the chat notes I had stored i. My gallery the only thingbi have are blurry screenshot s from the live chat...that is not possible I looked at them yesterday and they were fine
