IMS service stopped

I can't find IMS in app settings does anyone know how to fix this?

THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION THE CARIERS HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING INCLUDING REPLACING THE SIM CARD!!!!

Not a carrier problem. happened the moment the latest update occurred. Please samsung, do something or you will lose many loyal customers.  Or while household uses Samsung,  but if this continues,  we will switch!

Many threads about this.  Some one from samsung escalated the issue to the appropriate team/management.
