Bought a new A51. At times during a phone call (both to a mobile & landline number) there is no audio from person on other side & it either goes blank or some hissing sound like u hear in a wireless set. The person on other side can listen to my hellos as I have confirmed after incoming audio resumes after few seconds. If there is a signal problem then both incoming & outgoing audio should be effected & not incoming alone? I never faced such problem with my earlier Samsung mobile phone. Whenever there was a signal problem then both I.e. incoming & outgoing audios are effected & not only incoming. Please suggest a solution.

I would recommend testing your device in safe mode. If your phone is misbehaving, it's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe Mode feature. In Safe Mode, your phone won't run any third-party apps.
