Insane boot loop

Okay so basically i've gotten into a boot loop and i've been at this for like 4-5 hours now i literally have no idea what to do (ill send a video) I was going to transfer data to a new phone but (as shown) it doesn't let me at all it just reboots as soon as it turns on and then says "optimizing apps" after thats done it just reboots and the same thing happens again. Note: i do not want to factory reset it because i have so many many things on here. Anything helps

Can you boot into safe mode?

Sadly no, i tried that aswell and when it reset the same thing just keeps happening

I don't think i've tried that yet, could you show me how to do it? The phone died so im wating a bit before i charge it

So do i just boot into the download/boot a custom OS or do i get into bootloader?

Try to get into the bootloader and wipe the cache partition. Hopefully that'll do it.

It says "downloading" on a blue screen and "Do not turn off target"

Ok cancel that and restart phone again.
