Everytime I lock my screen and don't use it for 30mins- an hour I am always getting software issues detected please click check for updates. Then when I do that it always says phone is fully updated no need to update

I've been having the same issue with my a32 for the last 2 weeks and still trying to fix it. I really don't want to factory reset my phone.
