Has anyone else had an issue with the warranty? I have a Galaxy Fit band that started to act funny after 11 months (after sending in all my documentation, Samsung confirmed the warranty expired in one months time). I sent it in but the estimate came back at $135, which is twice the price of a new one on Amazon. Apparently the reason is that it was manufactured outside of the US and they "didn't have the equipment locally to repair it and would have to send it abroad". When asked what would happen if I bought a new S20 that is also made outside the US, well that's apparently a "different situation."
I obviously canceled the repair work as it doesn't make sense to do it, but have others had success with in-warranty repairs?
