After my update on my A52, cheap phone, I know,  but I'm in a bind - the update has somehow cut my speaker and calls - incoming/outgoing. The only way I can use my phone to talk is with a wired earbud set. All was fine until this update - as fine as it could be with an inexpensive phone.

How do we uninstall the latest update? I'm stuck with this phone until my paychecks become more regular after restarting work, in which, I need my phone -- like everyone else.

Any news or assistance found? I've noticed it wasn't just the cheap phones this was happening to

I am very sorry to hear your A52 speakers aren't working for calls after the latest update, and can understand the frustration and inconvenience. First, I would check your speakers for any signs of damage or anything blocking it, such as lint or dust. Also, check your microphone for similar damage or build-up.
There is also an article with many more steps to test. You can find that here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001255/#do-basic-troubleshooting-for-the-spe...

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local uBreakiFix location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. It is a known issue. You can try setting your phone to 4G/LTE/3G/2G mode and it might fix it.
