Just updated A11. How do I yurn off vibration when touching keyboard??

open your settings and click on sounds and vibrations scroll down to system sound/ vibration controls and toggle off the vibrations for the touch interaction and any of the other ones that you dont want vibrations on for

You can also click on the Vibration intensity under sound and vibration and lower it all the way to 0%
