I have a Samsung A71 and everytime I take it from my pocket the always on display has changed to a digital clock different to my selected clock for AOD and to get back to AOD I have to press the unlock button or slide an arrow at bottom of screen.. It is quite annoying and unnecessary as I mostly want to see if I have notifications and this screen does not show them. Screenshot of the screen below.
