I understand how frustrating this is. Here are some to get the hotspot working again. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001245 If the troubleshooting is not helpful and you are having network issues such as mobile data, calling, texting, etc., you will need to reach out to your service provider for additional assistance. If there are no other network issues and the troubleshooting has been completed, the phone will need to be serviced.
