My A13 5G won't charge up to 100% full battery

For some reason my galaxy A13 5G won't charge up to 100% full it stops at 98% and that's it i checked the USB adapter and there's no problem with it the outlet looks fine to so there's no problem with that either is it my phones battery the USB adapter or the outlet

I would get a new phone charger and outlet charger or see if it would charge at 100:

I think it started after the android 13 update my phone had android 12

Hmmm could be a software bug. Try charging it in different outlets. Make sure it's the same charger that came with it but also make sure the charger isn't faulty. For some reason the charger for my tablet charges it super slow so I had to resort to using my phone charger for it and it charges like it should (I made sure it's the same voltage so it's fine)
