My phone (j7) is hacked

Hello everyone 

Pls help me ::

Recently i installed an app called BTS World . when I open it an error appears that says ::

"error-app-hack

Please contact to your customer services for more information ."

Then i asked someone and he told me that may my phone hot hacked by someone .

Now I really don't know what to do !!!

If my phone hacked by someone what should I do !!!!???

And where is customer service  !??

Have you tried uninstalling the third party application?

I think so , sometimes it came out of the app I'm using or I feel that the speed of my phone became lower

If the application did not come pre-installed on your device, and you downloaded it from the app store, then it would be a third party downloaded application.

Try searching for the uninstall button for the application.

Settings>Applications>BTS World>Force Stop and Uninstall the application and see if your symptoms persist.

Looked it up. Given the game's publisher, the error message is most likely because your phone has been rooted, the app has been modified to allow cheats, or both. It could also just be you have USB Debugging enabled under Developer Settings.

Mine too and I seen the people.  One is still working at the thorntons off southern parkway in louisville KY. Didn't think much about the guy the got close to me or the other that followed me with his phone in the air acting like he's trying to get a signal.  But have had serious problems ever since.
