My phone (j7) is hacked

Hello everyone 

Pls help me ::

Recently i installed an app called BTS World . when I open it an error appears that says ::

"error-app-hack

Please contact to your customer services for more information ."

Then i asked someone and he told me that may my phone hot hacked by someone .

Now I really don't know what to do !!!

If my phone hacked by someone what should I do !!!!???

And where is customer service  !??

Also the samsung pay fraudulent dept called me and should have told me right away. Samsung should look into this stuff. I'm taking my phone back and getting a new one.
