I have a Samsung UE55NU7400 UHD TV and Samsung A20E mobile device, I can no longer cast to/from my phone to/from my TV, my wife can from her S10plus. In the smart things app I can control my TV with the remote, my TV pairs successfully, if I'm using another app like YouTube/facebook I can successfully cast from the the app directly, however I am unablen to mirror my screen or show my TV on my phone using smart view. Please help
