Someone I know recently bought a Galaxy A32, and some of their contacts need more than one phone number. Another person I know who owns a Galaxy A71 has the option of adding multiple phone numbers to a contact, plus many other fields.

The only way to give a contact multiple phone numbers on the A32 is to create a duplicate contact and then merge them together.

Why was the option to add multiple phone numbers removed and/or made so difficult?

There is no "add phone number" option for them
