My Samsung galaxy a13 can not connect too a network nothing I've tryed helps

If it is mobile network you are referring to, then contact your mobile carrier. If it is Wi-Fi, then try to connect on another place such as coffee shop or a mall. If that doesn't work see if Samsung can help

I had the SAME trouble with Spectrum. I needed a new sim card. Try that
