I have the Galaxy A71 and for some reason when I receive a text message I don't get a sound notification unless I'm connected to Bluetooth. The audio is present for other notifications, ie. Emails, FB messages, but when I receive a new text my phone only vibrates. I've checked all of the settings and confirmed they're turned up to max volume. What could be causing this?
