Not able to hear Bixby speak, but he hears me.

I have the A71 Samsung galaxy and just recently I'm not able to hear Bixby speak, although he hears my requests. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Have you verified that the Volume setting for Bixby is turned up? 

Open Phone settings -> Sounds and vibration -> Volume
