I'm from the Philippines, region 2, Cagayan valley , and i didn't receive the nougat update yet. My j7 prime model number is SM-G610Y. Its so unfair because other J7 prime received the update.

I have a j7 prime(SM-G610F/DS) that I bought in the UAE and the region shows UAE but when I contacted my regions support they said that the IMEI  of my device is from Thailand and to contact them. Can you explain what is causing this.
