Only works on my laptop hotspot

Why would my android (Galaxy A32) only work on a laptop Hotspot? Is there anything I can do to fix this a$$ phone????

I'm sorry, but it's not clear to me what you want your phone to do or what the problem is.

Data and wifi are never working. Drives me crazy. Might have more to do with the network than the phone but idk
