What app(s) are you playing the video on, and have you tried other videos to see if maybe it is the video itself?
If you are using stock applications to play these videos, you can use Safe Mode to see if a third-party application may be the culprit. Use this guide to help isolate the cause: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
