Phone won't mirror on tv

Y can I mirror  my a13 to my roku  tv is an app I have to download

I have no idea but I researched a little and on Google play they have an app called quick settings and in the app I clicked multimedia and it gave me an option to aðd Cast to my tiles but I don't have any devices to cast to see if it works. What about the roku forum that's where I was looking this up for you.
